Cheat or glitch?

I was a bandit, in my base with the door locked, a player (ZombieKerrigan) opened my door, he did not become a bandit,  and I could not shoot him,  he then shot me, was this a glitch?

Was your house inside the safe-zone? If so:

Just open a door at a player house by using lockpicks  dont makes criminal. He just get criminal if he lockpick your chest inside the house, or destroyings something eg. wall/window. Its not new.
